The Glory of This Latter House

Haggai 2:9 The glory of this latter house shall be greater than of the former, saith the LORD of hosts: and in this place will I give peace, saith the LORD of hosts.

When human timing says “it is over” then God shall say it has just begun. When all evidence points to “it is late” then God shall say your glory shall be more.

Whatever it is you are passing through, whatever the state of your mind, no matter how small the size of your pocket now God is saying your glory shall be more than before and He will give you peace but there is a condition.

“The glory of this latter house shall be greater than of the former…” Even the verse makes the condition clear, you have to be a HOUSE. Yes a house! You have to be a vessel that houses God, you have to be filled with His Spirit to enjoy the latter Glory and peace.

That thing you are waiting anxiously for is not impossible neither is it more than what God can do but your heart has to be a living HOUSE of God.

When you become His abode, besides the latter house glory promise, God also has other plans for you. He said in Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” He wants to turn your life around, He wants to make you a good reference for your generation even more than your expectations. He will prosper you!

If you have not given your life to Christ, please do so now to be a partaker of all these wonderful promises. If you have done that then open the door to your heart and let the Holy Spirit in, then shall your glory be greater than that of the former and God would satisfy you with peace.
